The Holy Land of Imagination

This is a concept I did a long time back (and forgot about it for a long time). This is a city/town that is centered around art and creativity. The entire economy, culture and society is shaped by the creative faculties of human beings. In the very center of the city is a temple dedicated to the Goddess of imagination and Creativity (something like Athena or Mnemosyne).
